Favorite healthy meal: Chipotle salad
Favorite food indulgences: Pizza and cookie dough
Favorite way to exercise: “I have a love/hate relationship with burpees. It’s awful while you’re doing them, but you feel so good afterward.”
Most difficult thing about losing weight: “Giving up unhealthy habits is always hard, but giving them up opened so many doors to other options. The nutritional guidelines I follow are liberating and I never feel like I’m hungry.”
Why he can’t wait to be your coach: “Originally, I was really excited about my own transformation, but when I started helping others achieve the same goals I had accomplished, the satisfaction I felt was even greater. It’s incredible to watch people’s attitudes and confidence change, and see the person they really are start to come out.
Beginning February 1, 2016, you will have another shot at becoming a SLMsmart 90-day Challenge champion. Winning this challenge is more than just a title. $1,500 is on the line for the first-place prize, $500 for the second place prize, and $250 for the third place prize.
